Quality Design
The Apertura 1.25″ Moon Filter has been designed to work with the vast majority of 1.25″ eyepieces and Barlows on the market today; with a M28.5×0.6 threading that attached to the bottom of most of these visual accessories. This means using the filter is as simple as threading the filter onto your visual accessory and then installing it into you diagonal or focuser as you normally would! The filtering profile of this visual filter has a transmission of about 18%, and has a green tint that will be present in your view. The filter itself is made with a high-grade optical glass substrate, and is covered with an Anti-Reflective coating to prevent image ghosting and suppress glare. Finally, for protecting your filter when it is not in use, Apertura has included a plastic storage case.
